Since 2016, top-producing real estate professional Valerie DeLoach has earned a career transaction volume of over $86 million. Valerie has served on the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS Top Producers Council and was profiled in KNOW Raleigh, a magazine that features high-achieving female leaders and entrepreneurs. Alongside her husband Joe, who’s also an agent, she founded the boutique Why Realty Group to offer an innovative approach to real estate in the Triangle area.
For Valerie, buying and selling homes is about building lasting relationships. Every client she works with becomes a friend, and she treats every friend like family. As a service-driven professional, Valerie always acts in the best interests of her clients. But her service doesn’t end there. She aims to improve her community daily through volunteering and supporting charitable organizations, among other service-oriented acts. Bolstered by a law school-taught understanding of contracts and a background in mortgage loans, Valerie is as much about the details of the transaction as she is about the details of others’ needs.
Specializing in serving homebuyers, sellers, and investors in the Triangle and surrounding markets, Valerie works with honesty, trust, and transparency, willing to tell clients hard truths about a property’s shortcomings — and how they might fix them. As a loyal client advocate and experienced negotiator, Valerie goes the distance to ensure optimal outcomes for those she serves.
Outside of real estate, Valerie enjoys spending time with Joe, their four kids, and two golden retrievers. She volunteers at numerous organizations, including Make-A-Wish, the Rotary Club of Wendell, and the local Methodist church. Additionally, she chairs the Wendell Chamber of Commerce Past President Emeritus board and is a member of the Greater Pleasant Grove Development Corporation board of directors.
